About Us
Since 1969, the Bear Facts has had one mission: to serve the students of Bethel High School as a forum for student expression. Even after 50 years, the Bear Facts still holds these beliefs and has become an online publication with a larger platform to reach a broader audience.
We encourage readers to submit ideas for stories, letters, photos, comments, and suggestions. However, we maintain the right to publish or deny publication if the submission does not meet the standards of the Bear Facts newspaper or appropriately represent the Bethel High School community. Every effort is made to follow the code of ethics set by the Society of Professional Journalists.
All final decisions made in the Bear Facts are made by the school newspaper faculty mentor, Leia Boudet.
